  •  to select the best or most desirable

 Do you cherry-pick your workouts? Do you check the blog, see what the workout is, and then decide whether or not you're going to attend class?  If so, why?  What factors make you decide whether you will attend or not?Think about the answer to the above.  Do you skip the skill or strength days and only attend the met cons?  Do you skip the hero wods, benchmarks or long chipper workouts?  Are there workouts that you might cherry-pick because of an injury?Just remember that everything has a place, and every movement has a progression or a scale.Trust the process!
