Summer six-pack - Fri 24/17

Summer Six-pack

It's that time of the year when the snow melts, and people start thinking about summer and bathing suit season.  We begin to get calls from people who's New Years resolution was to get "beach ready!"  They tried it for 3 months on their own, and now they want to try CrossFit. Which we fully embrace.  Whatever the reason is that you walked through the door, we're just glad you did. Here are some truths to the summer six-pack…...#1 - Be ready to work hard!#2 - There is no quick fix!  Let's go back to #1.  Be ready to work hard!

So you want a six pack for summer?  Get ready to work, not just in the gym, but in the kitchen.  What we eat matters just as much as your training!   Here's the cold hard truth, straight up.  There is no quick fix!Don't compare yourself to your friends either.  What works for one, might not work for another.  So what's the deal?  How is it that so many CrossFitters look so ripped?Hard work!  They train hard, and they eat clean.  They've learned how eat to fuel their bodies. They also don't look at the short term.  They look ahead to long term, and it's didn't happen overnight. They've invested time into their bodies.  There is no magic pill, no magic drink, not even a magic diet that will do it for you.  Hard work and clean eating is key!Ready to get jacked and tanned?  We're here to help! **We may have used the summer six pack as an example, but this pertains to any type of weight loss.  We're here to help you achieve your goals.  But we want to ensure those goals are a) realistic b) sustainable c) healthy.**
