Im proud to tell you we have a new Indestri member.  Please welcome Jessica Woolsey when you see her.  She will be attending classes in the morning or afternoon because of her work schedule so she will meet most people.  Jessica has a very athletic background and it will tie in very nice to crossfit.  On her first day she was knocking out strict pull ups and a couple days later I had her doing handstand pushups. Looking forward to seeing all your gains in the future.  Check out her RX FGB score… nice job!
