Tuesday - 5km Run July 18/17

If you read the workout and think "this isn't fun, I hate running, I hate burpees..." Then this is the workout you should do.

Work on your weakness...

Work on your weaknesses until they are strengths;work on your strengths until they are second nature..It is very tempting, when doing CrossFit, to continue to practice on your strengths, and kind of neglect your weak points. This just comes naturally, but has no help when working on general prepared fitness.It is always more fun to practice a Squat or a Press that you are good at, instead of working on a run/ skipping or an oly lift that is very difficult for you... .My question is, if you always skip the workouts you hate, when do you plan to get better? I know endurance sucks, I know Burpees suck, but running is a natural movement, and burpees are arguably the most essential movement you can learn. If you fall down you gotta get back up. ( Burpee).

I know its an asshole move to put both of these in one day but hey.. what else do you expect from me? My advice is pull up your shorts, get your shoes on and show up and run..
