Just a reminder that there are only 3 class times on Monday due to Canada Day Weekend.Classes will run at 6am, 7am and 9:30am.  The gym will closing at 10:30am for the remainder of Monday.We hope to see you for a holiday Monday WOD tomorrow.No class caps, but please sign in!
