Two in September

This September we will have two new fundamental sessions.

A daytime session at 10:30am the week of the 7th, and an evening session at 7pm the week of the 13th.

If you know anyone who is interested in beginning CrossFit, let them know and have them contact indestri@gmail.com for more details and to reserve there spot. We have a limited number of spots remaining in both.
