A Big Couple Days

It’s been a big couple days of workouts on Monday with the 9/11 Tribute and Tuesday with Stouty’s Birthday and the gym WODiversary. Both close to 30 min workouts. So today is on the “chiller” side. Take your time in the AMRAP, slowdown and work on quality of movement over speed and reps.

It’s also been 3+years since we’ve actually run the beep test, so let’s see what you’ve got. Not running the beep test, because of an injury that prevents you from running, then assault bike / echo bike it is. The C2 Bikes are not the same stimulus as running, the assault bike / echo bike would be closer to the stimulus. If you’re also just beginning running, you can do the beep test and skip a beep, meaning you run/jog one length for every two beeps. We always have options.

20 Sit Ups
30 Back Ext.
