Strength Day

It’s a good old fashion Strength Day. Not everyday needs to be a Met Con, but that doesn’t mean it’s an “easy” day. The exact opposite actually. Done properly strength days are very taxing on your CNS (central nervous system). These days are usually meant to be fairly heavy, you’re meant to push yourself in terms of the weights you lift. (always with proper movement first of course.)

Get ready to go heavy.

Seated Hand over hand 15' Sled pulls
super set with 20 Sec Assault Bike sprints

Split Jerk foot work drills
Split Jerk drive drills

1 RM Split Jerk
