Hero WODs are more than a test of our physical abilities. They bridge the gap between the body + the mind, between emotion + experience, + they give us an opportunity to do more than just remember our fallen. Hero WODs give us the opportunity to sweat, bleed, suffer + grieve for our fallen hero’s, one rep at a time!
