If you didn’t sign the petition we shared last week, please consider signing it now.

We’re committed to the health + fitness of our members. As you know, we opted to temporarily close our facility a week before the forced shutdown, because we truly felt it was the best thing to do for our community. At the time, we had no guidelines about COVID-19 other than to wash your hands and clean the facilities after each class.

Our first priority is the health + safety of our staff, members + our families, we would not push to open if we didn’t feel right about it. While we still have many protocols to work through, we’re asking the Ontario government to consider to allow Functional Fitness facilities that can maintain social distancing measures the opportunity to re-open. Not to just lump all fitness facilities together as one.

So we’re asking that you take a moment to sign the petition that was created by another Ontario CrossFit facility. We have signed it, + we have also emailed our MPP Jim Wilson to ask for consideration for all facilities similar to ours that can operate with safe social distancing in place, strict guidelines and extensive cleaning procedures the opportunity to be considered in an early stage of the re-open process.
