Victoria Day weekend is approaching which means so is Murph.

The Hero WOD Murph will take place this Saturday at 9 am. We’ve scheduled in a 90 min class for this Saturday, and we’ve increased the class capacity to 30 for Murph. This is the first time we’ve done a higher class capacity like this in over 2 years and we’re looking forward to it.

A reminder that there will not be any classes on the Holiday Monday. Recover from Murph and enjoy the first long weekend of summer with friends and family.
