If you know someone who has expressed interest in starting CrossFit, we’re running a fundamentals session this week, on Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 10am. This is the only fundamentals we have on the calendar until the end of July, so if you know someone interested have them email indestri@gmail.com now to get a spot secured for this week. Both Friday and Saturday are required to attend.
Like many other facilities do, we do not have initial set up fees for our facility, but we do require all new athletes to CrossFit go through fundamentals.
Fundamentals is a programmed designed to set new athletes to CrossFit up for success before entering regular classes. These two hours give the coaches more time with athletes being exposed to Olympic Lifting movements. We’re big on ensuring that athletes move well, and this time allows us to start there. It also gives athletes an idea of how we run our classes and coach movement, etc.
