August Fundamentals
Do you know someone interested in joining our community? We have scheduled our August Fundamental session for next week.
All CrossFitters begin with our Fundamental program.
This program is designed to give athletes an idea of how classes are run and more importantly expose athletes to the fundamental movements we do in CrossFit.
This program sets our athletes up with a good foundation before going into classes, where they will continue to learn, be introduced and be further exposed to all the movements.
Our next new fundamental session is scheduled for Tuesday, August 10th, 12th and 13th at 7pm.
