Common Questions

We wanted to answer a few of the common questions we get often.

When are you increasing class sizes?

The honest answer is, we don’t know yet. Much like we have this entire time, we err on the side of caution. We have more than enough space to add more spaces in the facility, but we won’t yet until we fully feel comfortable with everyone being able to maintain the distance for everyones health and safety. Plus it’s rare for many classes to reach capacity at the moment, and the ones that are, are capping out just before the class giving lots of opportunity to sign in.

When are kids classes starting again?

We hope to bring the teen 13-17 program back this fall, and the kids 9-12 shortly after that. We are in the midst of re-vamping the entire program, as it will completely have to change. No drop in classes, it will be session based with limited numbers. We’re working on it, and will let everyone know when we have the details.

When is open gym coming back?

At the moment we have no projected date of bringing open gym hours back.

Are you welcoming drop in visitors yet?

No, and this is one of the hardest ones for us as we get messages all the time. We love welcoming drop in visitors, it’s a huge part of the culture of CrossFit. However because our class sizes are limited in numbers, we have felt it is only right to prioritize those spots for you, our members. When we’re able to increase our class sizes, we will revisit being able to welcome back drop ins.

Are you running Festivus this fall?

No. When Festivus contacted us earlier this summer and asked us to host, we explained that we were still only able to train outdoors and weren’t sure when we would be inside, and how many we would be able to have inside this fall for a competition. They let us know they only wanted hosts for the fall who could commit to running the competition. So we agreed to connect again for 2022, but that it wasn’t something we could commit too for 2021.

When will you be able to run events again?

We hope soon. We miss this more than anything.


As much as we want everything to get back to normal, everything we do we take into account the healthy and safety of our community first. We’re doing our best to get back to business as usual, trust us, if you feel like you want “normal” we want it 10x more. We know how essential fitness is for everyones health, physical and mental, we appreciate everyones understanding as we navigate through.
