A Trap

Workouts that are death by are like a trap. Don’t fall into it. The first few minutes are going to feel “so easy”, like “not a lot of work”, etc. It will sneak up on you more quickly than you expect.

Minute one you will do one burpee to a target.
Minute two you will do two burpees to a target.
Minute three you will do three burpees to target, and so on. This does not need to be unbroken, if you need to take a quick break, as long as you reach the number of burpees within the minute, you’re good to move on. If at some point you’re unable to reach the number of burpees within the minute you’re eliminated, and we will ask you to pick a number that you can reach each minute for the remaining time of the workout. Remember you’re coming for fitness, so pick a number that is a challenge, but that you can also reach that challenge each minute.

Death by Burpees to a target

Increase by 1 rep per round

*If elimited pick a number and stick with that number each round until everyone is elimited
