Everything has a home
Please remember to get everything back to it’s home in the facility prior to leaving after class. From lacrosse balls, to foam rollers, bumper plates, boxes, pull up bands, etc.
And please ensure that it is cleaned off. The class coming in after you does not want to use your chalk covered barbell, pull up bar or even C2 Bike handles.
Please make sure you leave everything even better than you found it.

Increase by 1 rep every min to the 10 min mark
