Getting Back
It’s been so great to have so many of you back for the outdoor in person classes. We’ve also been incredibly impressed with everyone’s willingness to scale back when needed. One of the big things that’s always referred to when starting is to “leave the ego at the door”. It’s easy to be hard on ourselves, when it’s coming back from an injuring, or time off, even a vacation. It can often be hard to know where we were, compared to where we are now. It can sometimes feel overwhelming to think about how hard it might be to get back there.
This is often something coaches have to address and remind athletes that it’s okay to scale back and build back up. But we can honestly say, we’ve been extremely impressed with everyone! Scaling or modifying is always okay, and we’re always happy to offer options. We’re also here to help get you to your goals, whatever they might be.
Just being willing to put in the work, and to trust the process is all we can ever ask.
