Welcome Back
To say we were excited to get back to the facility and in person training would be an understatement. It was exactly one year and one day day ago (June 13th, 2020) that we were able to welcome everyone back to outdoor in person classes as well. We don't think any of us would have imagined we’d be right back here a year later. However we have once again been reminded just how important the role that fitness and community is in our lives.
We missed you, we missed seeing your faces in person. Virtual training was a great way to stay accountable and connected, but in person training is what we do, it’s what we love, it’s what we’ve loved for nearly 11 years.
We hope this marks the last time we ever have to say it, but welcome back crew!
