Fitness is measurable. But only if you’re keeping track.

Have you been keeping track?

By bringing a book to class and writing down your workouts you’re able to measure your progress.

If you keep track in your phone, great. But you should also be keeping track in a book. There’s something to be said about taking the time to write down the workouts you do, and not just your overall numbers for 1 RM or benchmarks.

We sell WOD books in our shop Indestri retail area, but you don’t have to use one of our WOD boo, you can use any book. Just be sure to bring a book to class with you, write down the focus, the workout, any scales, even how you felt, how you slept the night before, etc. All these things are great to keep track of, and will help you track your progress.

We even have a spot inside our books for you to mark down your Nutrition (Clean, 80/20, Off), Your Hours of Sleep (8-10+, 6-8, <5), Your Stress (Low, Med, High), and your Mood/Attitude (Good, Ok, Bad). All these things also play a roll in your performance in the facility. Keeping track of everything helps you understand your progress.

So please write it all down.
