Registration for the 2025 CrossFit Open started last week, and if you follow us on instagram you will have seen lots of postings about it in our story.

We support the Open because it’s a really fun 3 weeks of mini events for our community.

We will be holding the open workouts in our facility on Saturday morning. Like last year, we will only have spaces to do the workout for those who are officially registered in the CrossFit open. So please get registered.

We’re asking you to get yourself registered sooner than later please so we have an idea of the numbers interested in participating in the open this year. There are lots of moving parts that happen in the back end of events to ensure they run smoothly, so if you know your in for the 2025 CrossFit Open, please get yourself registered as this helps us map out some of the logistics in the backend, which we appreciate.

Should you sign up? Yes, you should sign up, the open is for everyone, there is a division for everyone now with the foundations division, which allows us to make some accommodations for safety reasons, so everyone can do the open, whether foundations, scaled, or RX, even adaptive through wheelwod.

Tomorrow we’ll share some details on the open for those of you who are newer to CrossFit, or have never done the open. But 2025 is your year, let’s have some fun together from March 1st, to the 15th. So get registered please.
