Welcome Back
We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to in person training inside the facility. If you didn’t read the reopening blog that was posted yesterday, please read it and the protocols and procedures before attending a class at the facility.
Congratulations to our virtual class and zenplanner leaderboard winners from last week, Gillian & Tanya. As well as our sleep challenge winner, Janet. We hope that all the challenges helped you in some way, whether they were new ways to improve areas of health in your everyday life, or they were added motivation to help reinforce things you already do.
We also wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who was attending the coach led virtual classes, using the online leaderboard, and continuing to support CFI. It means a tremendous amount to us. We thank you!
