Classes

Just a few reminders:

Currently you’re able to sign in for classes 3 days prior to class.
If you’re signed in for class and unable to attend you must sign out one hour prior to class. If you don’t sign out (or contact us prior to the class), we’re looking at beginning to charge a fee, as you’re taking a spot away from someone else. Up until this point we haven’t wanted to charge ( like many other affiliates do ), but we can not continue to have people not show up for a capped out class.

Be assured we watch our class schedule very closely. We understand that there are certain classes that are busier than others (7am and 5:30pm being two of them). We’re mandated by our class sizes, (we’re currently in the Orange zone). We also add in pop up class times when we see far enough in advance that all classes are full. We also continually have a lot of changes to classes throughout the day. Since we came back inside for indoor training in July, we have only had 1 day where all the classes fully capped out and it was a Saturday when we have 2 classes. Our suggestion right now is, if a class is showing as full, keep checking back, as a spot usually tends to open. We understand this isn’t ideal for the 6am class, no one wants to get up at 5am and check, but for now, we can’t do anything else about it.

It is our hope that things turn around soon! We will get through this and return to a more normal class setting, but until that time, we appreciate everyones understanding.

((We’ll share details soon, I (Jen) have been working with Pete Shaw from CrossFit NCR on a campaign that has just been approved by CrossFit HQ as well as a group of Physicians that Pete has gathered. We’ll share details on it soon, once it launches we’ll need everyones help in sharing all over social media!))
