2nd Heaviest Day

It’s The Other Total day!

You will be given 15 mins per lift, use your time wisely, when the 15 mins is up, you must move on to the next lift.

This time we’re looking for your heaviest lifts in the Clean, Bench Press, and Overhead Squat. Go heavy, challenge and push yourself, BUT within the movement standards. Remember, you can do hard things, get out of your head, and give it a go.

Much like the CrossFit Total, if you do lifts but have something going on that you can’t meet the standard of movement, just make a note of it in your books, but don’t count those numbers in the total. We all have little things that go on sometimes and that’s totally fine, keep a note for yourself so you know for next year when it comes up again.
