Your fitness is measurable.
Multiple time CrossFit Games athlete Mat Fraser was quoted saying, “only that which is measurable can be improved. Don’t think you’re becoming better. Know you’re becoming better.”
How can we do this?
By writing it down! Keep tracking of your workouts in a book. We do sell WOD books in the shop Indestri retail area. Our books have area’s for some of the benchmark WODs, Hero WODs, places to track 1RM’s, etc. as well as the daily WOD pages which include a spot for focus work, the WOD, etc. You can also bring in your own book, you don’t have to purchase ours. But we would love to see everyone keeping track in a book!
Books also give you the ability to write down how you were feeling, maybe you didn’t sleep well the night before, keep track of all that. As well as your nutrition, stress levels, etc.
It’s also fun to look back at old WOD books and see what you did then.
