It’s currently Wednesday morning as I sit down to write this post. Today is the first day of the vaccination passports in Ontario, and it feels a little heavy.

While we know for some it brings an added level of comfort, for others it feels disappointing. This isn’t meant to be a debate post. Just simply a reminder that as business owners we care. We have an absolutely incredible community of people within our facility and it hurts to lose any one, at anytime, for any reason, whether it’s for a couple days, a couple of weeks, or forever. So this morning just feels a little bit heavy, the weather today is gloomy and probably doesn’t help either.

Focus:

Stage 1 - 0 Pull ups : 5 sets of 15 second active hang on bar, then 5 challenging ring rows. Hold 2 count at the top.

Stage 2 - 1 Strict Pull up Consistently : Tabata kipping rocks (4 minutes, 20 sec work, 10 seconds rest). Try to stay consistent within rounds. If you can perform a solid kipping pullup, do these instead.

Stage 3 - 5 Strict Pull ups Consistently : 3 sets max rep kipping with 2 minutes rest between sets

Stage 4 - 10/7 Strict Pull ups Consistently : 3 sets of 5 weighted strict pull ups. Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Stage 5 - 15/10 Strict Pull ups Consistently: 5 sets of 5 weighted strict pull ups. Rest 2 minutes between sets.

20 V-Ups
20 Front Rack Reverse Lunges
20 V-Ups
20 DB Squat Cleans
