Want Results

The quality of the results that you get from CrossFit are directly related to the quality of the effort that you put in.

  • You have to turn up regularly

  • You have to try hard

  • You have to have a positive attitude

  • You have to be willing to be coached

The results are amazing, if you do these things.

Please keep in mind everything above goes hand in hand. If you want results, and you turn up, try hard, listen to the coach, but you never have a positive attitude and you’re always saying, “I can’t”, you’re missing a piece.

Same goes, if you turn up regularly, try hard, have a positive attitude, but you’re not listening to the coach, you’re missing out! Our coaches are not clock starters, or cheerleaders, they coach with us because they are incredibly knowledgeable coaches. Please listen to them, they know how to do it. When they offer advice it’s for your benefit, not there’s!

Moral of the post. Read it again.
Soak it in. No magic trick to results, you have the 4 key pieces above.
Results will come, it just takes you being willing.

Even: Squat Therapy ( 8 banded tempo squats for quality, 5 second hold at the bottom )

** You will stagger. Half the class started with Kip to an L / half the class starts with squats.
