Play this one smart today. We don’t ever suggest cherry picking a workout, but if you did Chad 1000x last Saturday, and your calves are still at all jacked up, this one would be a good one to avoid. If you’re doing the math on this one, it’s 500 DU’s. It’s a very do-able workout and most of you have done it before as it is a benchmark. But we just wanted to put a little disclaimer out there, if you have calves that are a little sore from Chad 1000x still, play this one smart today.
Also huge shout out, and thank you to the 9:30am class on Wednesday, for your understanding, as you suffered through a gruelling 30 min workout with no music due to a Bell outage in our area this morning. We did manage to get the internet restored, and the music going again by 11am. But seriously THANK YOU, for your understanding!
