Quarterfinals

Last year CrossFit changed the process on Games seasons by adding a Quarterfinals for the top 10% of athletes out of the CrossFit Open. Athletes who finish in the top 10% move on to a quarterfinals version, which consists of 4 to 5 workouts over the course of a weekend.

All workouts are announced this Thursday and the workouts will have to be completed before Monday.

We wanted to congratulate Shayne, as he has once again finished in the top 10% of the athletes in North America and has advanced to the quarterfinals workouts for the 2022 season.

Based on the workouts last year, and the floor plans we’ve seen for the 2022 workouts we’re sure these will be some gruelling workouts.

Even: 12/10 cal c2bike

10 min EMOM
Odd: 12/7 cal Ski Erg
Even: Sled Pull

10 min EMOM
Odd: 10/7 cal Assault Bike
Even: 30 sec Hanging Knee Raise hold /L-hold

*2 min rest between each station to clean equipment and reset.
