Air Quality

With our area seeing less than ideal air quality right now, we would advise that everyone use their personal discretion when it comes to working out and/or the intensity at which you are working out. Especially for anyone who is respiratory-affected.

While we do have running planned in the workout, if the coaches feel that the air quality it too poor tomorrow to be outside, they will make the adjustment to the workout tomorrow.

We thank you for your understanding, and ask that you please consider what is best for you personally. If you’re feeling tired, sluggish, etc and need to take a couple days rest, or lower the intensity of your workout, please do so.
