If you happen to notice a new face in your class, please introduce yourself and make them feel welcome. We have a few new members who finished up fundamentals last week, a few who have moved from other towns to Collingwood and are new to us, but not new to CrossFit, and a few who are visiting the area for the summer and joining us for their time here.
Summer is always an interesting time, as we have many members who head to the cottage for the summer and we lose them for that time period, but we also have some who join us for the season or for a couple weeks while here. We also have members who just change the class time that they typically attend.
So if you see new faces that you don’t know in your classes, introduce yourself and make them feel welcome please.
