Hike for Hospice
We have registered a CrossFit Indestri team again this year for the Hike for Hospice, and we’d love to increase the number of team members we have this year.
In true CrossFit Style we will be walking with our weight vests, backpacks, ruck packs, etc. again this year. Last year we even brought a few sandbags to carry, but we ended up having to carry more then we wanted too last year when people didn’t want to carry them anymore, so we probably won’t bring extra sandbags to carry this year. But will encourage you to bring a backpack with some books to add some weight if you wish.
The 6km Hike will take place on Sunday, May 26th. The details about the event this year are:

Event Day - Sunday, May 26, 2024
9:30 am - Last minute Participant/Team registration and Event Pack pick up opens.
11:00am - 6km Hike starts
11:30am - Complimentary lunch begins for participants at the Collingwood Curling Club
11:30am Raffle and prizes inside the Collingwood Curling Club
If you have pre registered and already have your event t-shirt, please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your event start time. We have lots of fun activities like a HUGE raffle, coffee and timbits, thanks to Tim Hortons, and you can check out the incredible cars on display by the Wasaga Beach Cruisers Car Club!
Event T-Shirt Pick Up
If you would like to pick up your t-shirt before the event, please pop into the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation office at 103-186 Hurontario St. Collingwood Tuesday, May 22nd to Friday May 24th between 10am and 4pm.
You are welcome to bring in pledge money you have collected to this location any time and we will add it to your personal fundraising goal page!
