Use this work to find intensity.

Take the first part of the workout to with the set work to set timeframe (built in rest) to discover how long the movements take you, and how it feels.

Use the 2nd part of the workout that is for time, to just go. You’ve learned in the first part, the time frame with built in rest. Now push it harder for the 2 rounds and find a higher level of intensity for yourself.
