9/11 Tribute WOD

As 9/11 feel on a Sunday this year, we will be doing a Tribute WOD Monday to honour those lost in 9/11, and following tradition with us, on this day we will not be taking your score for the whiteboard, but rather we will be writing down where you were on a 9/11 when the news broke.

This WOD like all Hero WODs we do, is about paying respect and tribute to the lives lost and the lives changed forever on 9/11.

If you’re new to CrossFit, Hero WODs are workouts in honour of fallen hero’s. Men and Women (usually fellow CrossFitters) who have lost their lives in the line of duty. These WODs are typically some of the hardest WODs we do, and for good reason.
