This past Saturday our Remembrance Day workout was Chad 1000x.
It’s always a profound moment in the facility when a workout has a greater impact than just a workout.
It’s in moments like the ones on Saturday that we look around the facility and are moved by what’s taking place. A community of people who have created strong bonds through the shared suffering of workouts. ( Only CrossFitters can truly understand that bond, or the meaning behind it.) It’s truly special and it’s something that makes us truly proud of the community within in our facility.

((We also saw that a number of you headed over to Vortex to take the guys up on their extremely generous offer of a big discount on the compression legs. Hope the calves are feeling okay. Remember to play it smart for a few days, and recover well for those who took part in Chad 1000x.))
