Last week we shared the blog post about keeping track, writing down your workouts, and the importance of measuring your fitness. Today is an iconic benchmark workout, one that we test and retest to measure your fitness.
If you take your fitness seriously, you get a book and you write it down. If you don’t take it all that seriously, you still get a book and you write it down, because this is how you track your progress. Like we said last week, this is just old school CrossFit right to the core.
Bring a book, or get a book, and write it down.
