Spring is coming

Spring is coming, and we can’t wait. Let’s hope with the warmer weather in sight that case numbers will also continue to go down.

Just a couple quick “housekeeping” mentions for spring.

  • Hopefully everyone remembered to set your clocks ahead for this morning! Looking forward to more hours of daylight, and lots more sunshine!

  • As the weather becomes warmer, should the door be open when you arrive at the facility, please still wait outside until the class before you has exited the building and the coaches have had a chance to sanitize the facility.

  • Please do your best to avoid walking across the wet and muddy grass area in your shoes that you’re training in (especially when we begin running outside again).

  • There are a few water bottles kicking around the lobby area of the facility, if one is yours please grab it the next time you’re in, we will be throwing out anything remaining at the end of this week.

Thanks everyone. Looking forward to warmer days, lots more sunshine, and hopeful the cases continue to come down, and our region gets into a better colour on the framework!
