It’s CrossFit Games Week

It’s like Christmas for CrossFitters. The week of the CrossFit Games. For those newer to CrossFit, the CrossFit Games are on the sport side of CrossFit. The best of the best in the world of CrossFit have qualified to compete over (usually) 4 days to crown the Fittest on Earth. These are the 1% of CrossFitters. Think the NHL of CrossFit, and the CrossFit Games are the Stanley Cup Finals.

The CrossFit Games announced that a version of Helen would be in the mix for one of the workouts, and a couple weeks ago we had the opportunity to host CrossFit Games athlete Emma Lawson for some of her Games Training Prep while she was in town, she may have had a version of Helen in her training prep, that we took notice of. Not the exact version she did, but fairly close, inspired us to switch it up and kick off Games week with this.

21 Double Arm KB Snatch
12 Bar Muscle Ups

*Some athletes will need to switch to Double Arm DB snatch, for safety, weight of the DB’s etc.
