Fitness doesn’t Stop

We know the current situation is less than ideal again. We will continue to keep pushing for outdoor class training at the very least. But during the next few weeks please do not let your fitness stop. Do not let this less than ideal situation damper your fitness.

We’ve changed up a few virtual class times up this time. Instead of a 9am class time, it will be 9:30am and instead of a 5:30pm class time it will be 6pm.

We’re also adding two endurance “cardio” classes per week. If you have a piece of cardio equipment at home, or if you want to opt to run outside. Tune into the zoom class, do the buy-in with us and get the workout, then if you’re opting to run outside you can log off of zoom at hit the workout, if you’re using a piece of equipment inside you can stay on zoom with us. This will be much like our track nights use to be. These classes will be on Tuesday’s at 10:30am, and Thursday’s at 7pm.

The zenplanner leaderboard is also back, so log your scores on zenplanner. Even if you’re doing the workouts on your own, submit your scores on zenplanner.

We’ll keep everyone updated as we keep working towards resuming classes, but please continue your fitness. We’re here to ensure you’re moving!

5-10 push ups

Focus:

12 min EMOM 

ODD: 30 sec/leg Weighted Step Ups (control decent)
EVEN: 5 reps 3 sec pause in bottom Choice of Squat Goblet, Back or Front Squat

WOD:

5 rounds for time (10-12min CAP)

10 Choice of Squat
10 Burpee over object
10 Alt pistol
