We’re doing 3 separate time trails in the focus work today. A 500m Ski, a 500m Row, and a 1000m C2 Bike. With a rest between each. A time trial is meant for you to go hard. We want to see how fast you can do each, which is why we’ve built in rest, to allow you some time to recover before you go into the next.
After you do the 3 separate time trials, RECORD YOUR TIMES.
Fitness is measurable, but only if you measure it. (By recording it). So bring a book, or by a book from us, and record your stuff.
