Next Saturday, November 11th we will be increasing the class cap, and also the length the class time. We will be joining other affiliates all over the world as Sara Wilkinson, GORUCK, and CrossFit are presenting the hero workout “CHAD” - in honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD. Their goal is to honour Chad’s life and legacy and to raise awareness for suicide prevention.

CHAD 1000X has brought together thousands of registered participants, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars raised since 2020.

This year, join us again in paying respect to Chad Wilkinson and all those who have been lost to suicide, while also committing to try to change the number. #CHAD1000X

The Workout

1,000 box step-ups for time:

3 OPTIONS:
1. Slick/Beginner // No rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
2. Standard/Intermediate // 30#/20# rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
3. Expert // 45# rucksack. Use 20" box for step-ups.

You will need to bring your own backpack weighted (we suggest you weight it with books) and weigh at home if you want to know the exact weight of the backpack. Or wear a weight vest as well.

Plan to be here for over an hour. We have scheduled the class for 90 mins.
Also please note that Coach Steph and I will be doing this workout with you.

100 Sit-Ups
100 Air Squats

*Share however you want with your partner, but only one partner works at a time, and all 100 pull ups must be completed before moving to 100 push up, etc.

*no knee push ups, move to a box.
