For your Hip Thrusters today, we now have some hip protection to make it a little less uncomfortable when it gets into those heavy sets. Pool Noodles with a slit, that we’ve turned into hip protection. Please use the pool noodles, instead of mats, etc. We’ve found the easiest way to load the barbell and slide the pool noodle on to it from under neither. Varying lengths, but should make the hip thrusters a little more comfortable.

Also, it only took us 12 years, but we’ve found a much better way to store the rowers which also takes up less space. When the rowers are lined up, if you leave about 3 to 4 inches of space between them, another rower can line up and fit between.
