A day to honour and remember those who have served and still serve our country. Hero WODs are more than a test of our physical abilities. They bridge the gap between the body and the mind, between emotion and experience, and they give us an opportunity to do more than just remember our fallen. Hero WODs give us the opportunity to sweat, bleed, suffer and grieve for our fallen hero’s, one rep at a time.
