Pre-Teen in May
Our May Pre-Teen session is starting next Wednesday and running for the last 4 weeks in May.
Wednesday’s from 4:30 - 5:15pm pre-teens from 9 to 12 years old train with us. We work to empower our pre-teen, have them try new skills, and activities that will help to improve their balance, flexibility, coordination, agility, explosive power, and strength through focused skill sessions and workouts.
We believe that instilling in our youth that fitness is both functional and fun is important.
If you have a pre-teen who is interested in joining the May session email indestri@gmail.com asap to get them signed up. Limited spaces remaining.
