Just a reminder that with it being Victoria Day weekend, we’ll be doing the Hero WOD Murph on Saturday, and Monday will be a Holiday for us. No Classes, but we would encourage you to get outside and either Run 5k or do 100 Burpees for time on your own.
Some positive news, after the Ontario Government announcement this afternoon, it looks like the projected date for us to get back to the facility for in person training will be mid-June. While it will be outdoor training at first, it will still be in person, and we’re so ready and so looking forward to it.
