The final workout of the 2025 CrossFit Open.
As mentioned a couple times this week, we’ll do a little potluck celebration, so please feel free to bring something for the table. Come out and support the athletes competing, hang out for a few hours on Saturday morning. Experience the community.
Whatever Castro has in store we’re sure is going to be an interesting way to cap off the 2025 Open.
Also like previous weeks, we will do the athlete brief at 8:45am, there are a lot of moving parts in 25.3 so please ensure you are at the athlete brief to understand all the standards, etc. *Updated post workout announcement. And once again please park at the front of Agnora and walk over. Please do not park next door at South Winds Marine. Athletes please plan to be around the gym all morning, as we will be running smaller heats because of the wall walk space, and the workout has a 20 min cap, so a little longer than previous weeks.
Reminder the theme is the movie/musical Wicked.
