Reminder that we do not have a class this Saturday, as we will be hosting the Power Monkey Gymnastics and Weightlifting course all weekend in the facility.

Clean & Jerk sets of 1 rep

* 10 mins to find work out weight, not a 1RM

WOD:

30 Min EMOM

1 Clean & Jerk ( Heavy)

* increase weight by feel, if you fail a rep you must go down in weight and successfully complete before a weight increase

Score is last Rd weight
