Don’t let it stop

Your training is important to you, don’t let it stop right now. Don’t give up on training because you don’t like the situation, or you can’t stand zoom anymore. We really want to see you on virtual classes, but at the very least, we would love to see your name on the leaderboard on zenplanner. Do the workout and post your score on zenplanner. We will let you know next week about some giveaways and challenges to keep you motivated and moving.

Focus:

Tempo Squats
7 - 7 - 5 - 5 - 3 - 3

(tempo 5 sec down, 3 sec hold, 1 sec up)

*You can use weight if you have it

5 S2OH 115/75
10 Deadlift 115/75
15 Box Jumps

**We’re leaving the weights on this one, because it is an open workout. But we know many people don’t have these exact weights, so we don’t expect it. Use what you have, coaches will give some options on the class.
