Great to See

Great to see so many more of you registering for the 2023 CrossFit Open since yesterday! We’re looking forward to getting back to a real open experience this year.

We’ll post more on it next year, but for those doing the open, or those wanting to help out, we highly, highly recommend taking the 2023 Judge Course as well. The cost is $10 US to take the course. It’s a great course for athletes and judges to both take to understand judging and the movement standards that we’re looking for.
