If you know someone who has been talking about starting CrossFit, our first fundamental session of 2025 is coming up next week.
Friday, January 10th at 7pm and Saturday, January 11th at 10am.

Reminder that we typically run one fundamental session per month, so if you have someone in your life who is interested, now is the time to get them to start.

4 lanes of equipment w/ ideally 6 per team.
Sprint your turn, as you have a 30 second rest after each machine.
