If you haven’t already seen it, we posted a video yesterday on our social media pages that Emma took with Nancy, talking about CrossFit, and the CrossFit Open. This is what it’s all about.

Without getting into all of the opinions that might surround the CrossFit Games right now, this is what the Open is truly all about. While it might be the first stage in the road to the CrossFit Games. The Open is not for the elite athletes, the Open is for the rest of us, and it always has been.

This is why we encourage you to sign up for the open each year.
